Be careful what you fantasize about!

John McManus dreams of a writing career and has qualified for the finals of a prestigious award. Leaving his wife working two jobs, he travels to Santa Barbara where he discovers that Catalina, the Hollywood star of his dreams is hosting the awards ceremony. His initial meeting with Catalina is clumsy and she dismisses him as another lecherous fan. But later that evening, John is surprisingly joined by a drunk/drugged Catalina who isn’t the person he thought she was. His infatuation takes a new turn. Directed and produced by Cal Poly grads Bradley Bennett and Chris Sloan and sound recording by local musician, Mark Robertshaw. All will be in attendance. Drama. USA. 18m.
