His grandfather is gay, his father is homophobic. Welcome to Pedrofs world.
From Mexico and Chile comes an unusual comedy from director Gonzalo Justiniano. Charly, a maschismo and widowed homophobe lives with his 9 year old son, Pedro. Pedro and Charly are struggling on their own and Charlyfs mother, fed up with his habit of getting into trouble, sends him home to Chile to live with his father and find a job. Having not seen or even talked about his father for 30 years, Charly is shocked to find his aging father living happily with another man. Complicated and amusing situations develop but Pedro has the maturity and open-mindedness his father lacks and helps reunite his fractured family. Comedy. Mexico/Chile. 1 hr. 30m.
