INSTRUCTORS

Aaron Metchik is a UCLA film school graduate with nearly a decade of experience writing, directing and producing short films. In the summer of 2007, Aaron directed his first professional feature length feature film, which is currently in post production in Los Angeles. The son of a passionate teacher, Aaron enjoys mentoring others and has taught classes and workshops about filmmaking, music video production, and acting at high schools, middle schools and elementary schools. He teaches an ongoing acting class in Shell Beach, one for young students and one for adults, and looks forwards to having another opportunity to teach young people about filmmaking, and help them develop their talents.

Alan Fraser teaches video production and photography at Arroyo Grande High School in the Regional Occupation Program. He also teaches film courses at Allan Hancock College. His film Next Time won best picture awards at the Hollywood and Long Beach Film Festivals. It was released by Vanguard Entertain on DVD. His script, The Processional was a semi-finalist for the Nichol Fellowship.
