In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice techniques and differences between acting for the stage and the camera. Audience Q & A and participation is encouraged.

Stunt performers and coordinator veterans, Norman Howell (The Cowboys, Dances with Wolves, Die Hard) and Stephen Hudis (The Cowboys, Shocker, Star Trek:Voyager) will share their experiences filming with John Wayne in "The Cowboys" as young boys, as well as how they planned and executed some of their greatest stunts as adults.

The Director of Photography (DP) is responsible for ensuring that each shot of a film delivers the lighting, framing, movement and focus that the film's director has in mind. Many of the tricks of cinematography will be discussed as well the subject of film vs. digital photography and the future of cinematography
