Press passes and interviews
Festival and organization publicist: Ann Flower Communications, ann@annflowerpr.com.
Only professional media organizations and credentialed photographers are granted Press Passes to festival events or interviews with visiting filmmakers and artists. To request a Press Pass or an interview, email ann@annflowerpr.com. Without previous Press Pass approval, you won’t be granted Press Pass privileges.
Photography and filming
Photography: no flash photography in the theatres before, during or after screenings. There is a photo opportunity for flash photography whenever an artist or filmmaker receives an award. Flash may be used outside the theatres at any time, and photos without flash can be taken at any time.
Designated press areas: professional filming and photography at the back of the Fremont Theatre, and press seating stage right inside the theatre. Bring stationary cameras only and don’t roam the aisles. For stationary filming, arrive at least one hour before the event.
